It’s Tee time.

Tee Anderson is a classically trained pilates instructor in Baltimore, MD. She has over 5 years of experience instructing Pilates, with a focus on functional strength training and athletic cross-training. Her experience has found her working 1-on-1 with clients, instructing classes of up to 12 students at a time, and working with high-performance athletes as the official Pilates instructor for the Baltimore Ravens. Her focus on functional strength training is ideal for students of any age and experience level.
